“Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling…” (Philippians 2:12 NKJV).

You don’t need to be a fitness guru to know that we need to work out all major muscle groups to sculpt a balanced physique. Similarly, to build up your spiritual core, be sure to work in:
